Vitam Scrambled Tofu is vegan scrambled egg made from tofu and is one of the world's most popular recipes among vegans.From Vitam there is now a special seasoning mix for this, in which the Indian Kala Namak rock salt is mixed in as a very special kick. Kala Namak has a slightly sulfurous taste (like very fresh eggs) and makes the scrammbled tofu taste so 'eggy'. For the pretty yellow color turmeric is added, a spice that in both the Indian Ayurveda and in traditional the Chinese folklore plays an important role. Vitam Scrambled tofu seasoning mix is also great for tofu frittata or omelette as well as Chaat masala with a little bit plant yogurt and lemon juice over fruit and salads, Lassi and Cucumber Rajitas.

Fried onions* (58%), onion powder*, Kala Namak rock salt (12%), Turmeric (1.5%), paprika*, nutmeg*, garlic powder*, thyme* (1.1%), pepper*, chili* (0.3%), potato starch* * From certified organic farming.
Application Vitam Scrambled Tofu:
Soak 1 tablespoon (17g) Scrambled tofu seasoning in 100 ml of water. Fry150 grams of tofu in a pan with little oil crumbly. Scrape off repeatedly with a spatula the adhering to the bottom tofu. Pour the seasoning mixture under vigorous stirring about and so long continue frying until the desired consistency is reached. If you like, seasons after one tablespoon nutritional yeast.
