Dal Makhani is a traditional slow cooked, rich curry with black gram and red kidney beans. This mild vegetarian dish has black gram and tomatoes blended into a thick rich sauce. Ideally served as a main dish with jeera rice, naan bread or chapatti. Or served as a side dish accompaniment to an Indian meal.
Cooking Instructions: Gas Burner: Take unopened foil pouch and immerse in boiling water for 3-5mins. Remove pouch, snip and serve. Microwave: Empty contents into oven bowl and heat for 2 mins. Stir And serve. Always ensure fully heated through before serving.
