Processing your order

Please note when when ordering frozen products! We do not send frozen products before the weekend !!!

If you place an order and pay before 14:00 on working days, we aim to ship your order the same day. All our packages are delivered by PostNL. Delivery days are from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after Friday 14:00 pm and during the weekend will be processed on Monday. After we have sent your order, we will send a Track and Trace link to your e-mail address. By clicking on this you will automatically go to the PostNL page, www.postnl.nl, where you can follow the progress of your order. This way you know exactly where your package is and when you can expect it.

PLEASE NOTE - 95% of these Same Day Shipping/Next Day Delivery orders will indeed be received 'Next Day', but there is a chance that your package will be delayed due to unexpected circumstances such as:

• Weather
• Road accidents

We cannot be held liable for any delays in delivery.The goods are always still suitable for consumption even if they experience a 1 day delay.

All orders are shipped via PostNL. The price shown in your shopping basket is the total price excluding shipping.

The shipping rates up to 30 kg are as follows (when exceeding 30 kg), we will contact you.
