You can go in any direction with this vegan mozzarella! It is made from almond and oat drink and, like traditional mozzarella, is made with microbiological rennet. Therefore, it certainly resembles traditional mozzarella in taste and structure. It is nice and creamy and also meltable, so it can be used not only in salads or on bread, but also on pizza and casseroles.
