Violife is a vegan cheese flavor of the most delicious kind! Similar to other types of grill cheese and Halloumi, Violife's "Grill Me" also has a semi-solid consistency. Thus, it is excellently suitable for grilling because it does not melt when heated. When frying in the pan or on the grill, it gets a crisp golden brown crust and remains soft on the inside. With its mediterranean flavor and slightly salty taste, it tastes excellent in wraps, salads or as a side dish of fresh oven vegetables. One pack contains two pieces of the vegan Halloumi alternative.
