Soy medallions are great for vegan nuggets, steaks, schnitzel, shashlik and more. The ideal meat substitute! Preparation: cook the medallions of warm vegetable broth for only 5 to 10 minutes. Then you can bake the medallions and process them the way you want. This product is not genetically modified. Highest quality without genetic manipulation and without artificial colors, artificial flavor enhancers and preservatives. Ingredients: Soy flour*, water (* = without genetic engineering!)
