Soya Big Steaks are an extruded soya product, also called soya meat. This king-size variant is excellent for vegetarian roulades, cordon bleu, escalope, grilled steak, and much more. The ideal meat substitute! Soya Big Steaks are absolute premium quality. Thanks to their state-of-the-art production technology, the "Soya Big Steaks" have a uniquely large size, are very much crunchier, much more economical and, most importantly, have an absolutely superb taste. Soybeans are ground and squeezed in a purely mechanical process with several squeezing cycles until they only contain just under 5% fat. The degreased soya flour is then extruded in an extruder to achieve its meatlike shape and consistency (= "popped up", similar to the production of cornflakes).
