Organic carob powder from Rapunzel
Carob powder is a sweet alternative to cocoa powder. Derived from the fruit of the carob tree, it naturally contains sugar, so none needs to be added. For production, the pods are crushed and carefully separated from the seeds. After drying, the carob pods are further processed into the unique powder.

Its taste is a combination of sweet and malty, with a slightly bitter note reminiscent of caramel. It is ideal for baking, desserts or mixing a cocoa-like drink.
