Remove the cardboard packaging before placing Petit Alba in the refrigerator (preferably between 2 and 4°C). The product continues to age in its ripening paper. This vegan creation is worked out with cultures and ferments. Nothing is more natural than seeing the result of the work of all these microorganisms on the surface of your vegetable specialty. All products from Petit Veganne are guaranteed without preservatives, colors, flavor enhancers. The refinement of Petit Lorrain continues even after the end of his BBD. It will continue to age like real cheese. The taste, smell, texture and character change every day. To obtain a creamy Petit Lorrain, place it at room temperature before you eat it.
