A hot sauce made of 85% mandarin, kindly donated by Olympic Fruit. This hot sauce uses lemon basil as a secondary flavoring agent and Carolina Reaper to fire things up. The sauce is citrusy but also bitter, great for sweet and sour and other dishes with a similar dynamic in flavors.
