Preparation:
Rub the coquelon with a clove of garlic and add the New Roots Fondue. Warm up, stirring constantly. Before serving, season with pepper, nutmeg and paprika as desired, stir until creamy and quickly place on a rechaud. While eating, stir the fondue regularly with skewered bread cubes. Bon appetit!
