Our meals are healthy, vegetarian and easy to prepare. We cook as much as possible with organic and local ingredients! Shakshuka the Turkish way! Selda has developed this delicious mix of summer vegetables at Mixblik. In Turkey, Shakshuka is eaten without egg and often served cold as a mezze (appetizer). It is also delicious warm, for example in combination with bulger and a vegan fried egg! You can eat this Turkish Shakshuka both hot and cold. Delicious with rice, potatoes or bulger. It also tastes good cold with bread.
