Her passion started with making birthday cakes. In 2018, the My Cakes store opened and she was able to make delicious artisanal pastries. In the meantime, she realized how much animal suffering is involved in making regular pastries and that made her decide to develop vegan recipes at the end of 2019. In February 2020, there was the Roomsoes - formerly Moorkop - and a vegan version of the Bosschebol.
