Gratta Fabano is a vegan substitute for hard aged cheese, made from natural, vegetable ingredients. The product has the authentic flavour of traditional Italian Parmesan. Gratta Fabano differs from other dairy-free cheeses by its low starch content. It is based on coconut and sunflower oil. It is also enriched with vegetable proteins, derived from faba beans and potatoes. Gratta Fabano has no aftertaste of plant proteins, contains no soy, gluten, dairy, wheat and nuts. Free from cholesterol and GMOs. And it’s so delicious!

Water, vegetable oils (coconut, sunflower), starches (potato, rice), modified corn starch, chickpea flour, vegetable proteins (faba bean, potatoes), vegetable fibre (bamboo), salt, natural flavours, acidity regulator: calcium lactate.
