Ik ben gevoelig voor gluten en melkeiwitten.Ik heb al veel kazen geprobeerd, maar tot nu toe is deze kaassoort voor mij de lekkerste.Ik kan er zelfs gefrituurde kaas mee maken, en het smeert niet uit.Ik zal opnieuw bestellen als het op is, maar helaas is het nu niet beschikbaar, dus ik ben erg verdrietig.Ik hoop dat het weer beschikbaar zal zijn, want helaas is het nergens anders verkrijgbaar dan hier.
