Soy medallions are great for vegan nuggets, steaks, schnitzel, shashlik and more. The ideal meat substitute! Preparation: cook the medallions of warm vegetable broth for only 5 to 10 minutes. Then you can bake the medallions and process them the way you want. This product is not genetically modified. Preparation: 1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, then Add soy chunks. 2. After the soy is cooked, drain in a colander and squeeze some water if necessary. 3. Soy stir fry with spices to taste.
