This vegetable cumin cheese is - just like the traditional version - enriched with cumin seeds. A maturing process of 4 weeks gives this cheese plenty of time to develop the flavors well.

Use this hard cheese as a spread on bread, or serve cubes of cumin cheese with a drink. An Indian-tinged mango chutney also tastes great with it.
